Ami Elegance

The project consists of 17 units of 4bhk idyllic luxury row houses at the foremost location of sargasan in green city Gandhinagar. Total built up area of project is 39,015 sq.ft. Main idea behind designing is to get clean and clear lines without any negative spaces, to achieve that each modern row house has been placed on the periphery of the entire plot so that periphery area can be utilized as a front yard or backyard of each unit. Even facades elevation of row house are planned to create a sense of repetition and harmony with the help of clean horizontal lines, cubic balconies and with its color scheme. Besides this whole common plot is centrally localized with abundant amenities like club house, gracious gardens, soothing sitting arrangement, children play area etc.

Shantivan Bungalows

The project is positioned on Adalaj, Gandhinagar. Shantivan bungalows are beautifully styled 4bhk living space which consists of 32 luxury bungalows with modern comforts. The project is located near out skirt of Ahmedabad, Bhat, Gandhinagar. Project is breathtaking modern duplex bungalows projects which consist of 35 units. Total built up area of project is 78,700 sq.ft. Central common plot play a major role here which is connected with the peripheral pathways and that again connects with the each duplex bungalow. The project is situated on Vavol, Gandhinagar. Burj Mastana 4bhk luxury villas which consist of 9 villas as a part of mixed used community. Total built up area of project is 19,215 sq.ft. Main focus was to aligned the villas with the whole gated community to achieve that bungalows has been placed at one corner of the site in linear form so that it gets separated and at the same time each owner privacy get maintained. Each modern villa is well spaced from inside and orientated in such a way that each owner gets the proper sunlight and ventilation. Concept of simplistic approach can be seen in its geometric elevation, only extending balconies, linear arrangement, horizontality in form and monochromatic colour scheme.

Project is nested in the outskirt of Gandhinagar, Nilkanth bungalows are affordable 3bhk living space which consisting of 23 twinning bungalows. Total built up area of project is 31,050 sq.ft.  Each house is arranged in such a way, so that it can have its own proper sunlight and ventilation into interior space. Linear arrangement of bungalows & projected balconies creates a sense of welcoming atmosphere to the users. Total built up area of project is 19,850 sq.ft. Here tenements are based on modern design style approach. Modern design appeals for simplicity and simpler elements. It has been achieved by emphasizing the facades elevation of twin tenements. Balconies are projected outwards and giving a prominent effect to whole façade. Here balcony becomes the main source of light and ventilation entering the space, hence illuminating it. Monotony of the normal structure is break by thick box projection also helps in creating the clean lines.
