Keshvam Square

Keshvam Square a slender G+5 storey elegant commercial building beautifully designed for commercial space. Commercial building is positioned on Randesan, Gandhinagar. Total built up area of project is 73,500 sq.ft. Consist of basement parking which helps in providing the larger number of parking space and also provides the enhanced security for vehicles. Main attraction of commercial building design is the architectural massing. Varying facades creates a strong impact on beauty of commercial building. Massing plays an important role here which provides an architectural touch and unique identification to the space. Also creates the varied pockets full of ambience inside the structure. This includes creation of green spaces along with open and semi-open courtyards on the upper level of the structure. Geometric elevation and earthy colour palette makes the commercial building stands out from the surrounding.

Radhe Signature

Modern commercial building project is located in the posh area of Kudasan, Gandhinagar. Total built up area of modern commercial building is 54,500 sq.ft. Identical twin buildings consist of G+ 4 storeys. Cubical form providing a minimalistic approach by creating the essence of horizontality with clean and clear lines. Main concept to choose linear planning was to have efficient use of space by allowing maximum functionality, allows more natural light to enter the building as windows are placed on longer side of the structure. Circulation minimizes throughout the building by placing it along the one side of the building. Also the building placed along the road side increase opportunity to reach their target audience more effectively. Basement is provided so that owners can have increased usable space.

Pramukh Arcade-2

The modern commercial complex project is positioned on Kudasan, Gandhinagar. Total built up area of commercial complex project is 90,000 sq.ft. This modern commercial complex consist 2 towers one of G+2 and another of G+4. G+2 unit houses the retail shops and another G+4 commercial development houses retail spaces on ground, 1st and above floor consist of private offices. Strategic use of C form auto creates the open space for public. Also provide common interacting space to keep the competition on between the sellers. Form creates private and versatile outdoor spaces, accommodate different functions and maximize land efficiency. Linearity and rhythmic flow is clearly visible in façade design. Placement of circulation shaft in the center of the building makes accessibility easy. Basement is provided to decrease the traffic on the ground floor. Programme consists of retail shops, commercial spaces, offices, restaurants, cafes etc.

Pramukh Mastana

Pramukh Mastana an identical mirrored shopping mall located in the fastest growing area of Gandhinagar, Kudasan. This shopping mall is G+5 storey. Total built up area of project is 2,62,000 sq.ft. Flexible designed spaces with 2 basements to avoid the rush on the ground floor. shopping mall has been planned in a C form to get proper linked circulation on each side and auto formed common spaces covered with arch formed fabrication. Additionally, it allows natural light and ventilation to penetrate the interior spaces, promoting a healthy and sustainable environment. Idea was to provide the retail shops on the ground and first floor and private offices on the upper floors. Connectivity of each building is done with open common spaces and even circulation part is kept minimal. Major concept behind the façade was the architectural massing created by the intersection of cubes with use of the glass material. This transform the whole building form into an interesting and efficient building.  

Pramukh Arcade

Commercial complex Project is nested in the Kudasan, Gandhinagar. Total built up area of commercial complex project is 1,66,500 sq.ft. Pramukh Arcade multi unit tower consist of G+ 3 storeys to accommodate commercial spaces and Basement parking layouts to contribute to smoother traffic flow within the building.7 rectangular blocks are arranged in linear C form and are connected to each other with passage and open spaces. Layout consists of major public activities on 1st and ground. C-shaped planning concept increases its numerous benefits and versatility in accommodating different functions. Enclosed semi-open space in the center of the building provides a space for relaxation or socialization. Here building creates a sense of rhythm and harmony with clean and horizontal lines in facades. Minimalistic approach clearly visible in the geometric form, repetition pattern, monotonous colour palette and simplistic form. Circulation shaft has been kept at the center of each block to ease the circulation. Services are kept hidden in the backyard so that it did not disturb the elevation in front.

Radhe Square

G+ 3 storey shopping complex building is situated on Kudasan, Gandhinagar. Total built up area of shopping complex project is 1,75,600 sq.ft. This multi unit commercial tower spanning with floors has been designed keeping the public spaces catering to the recreational needs of both the young and old. C- Shaped planning provides flexibility in accommodating various functions. Also allows for a more efficient use of space, as it maximizes the available land area and creates a more compact and coherent space. Geometric form, symmetry in facades, rhythm in arch formed fabrication and repetition of blocks all together makes the shopping complex building stand out from the surrounding. Connectivity of each block is done by passage along with shops and open spaces. Each open space covered with arch like fabrication to give comfortable atmosphere to users. Also planning ensures a safe and functional basement parking facility. Basement parking allows additional parking spaces and reducing the strain on street level parking.

Cross Road

Modern shopping center project is located on outskirt area of Halvad, Surendranagar. Total built up area of shopping center project is 1,22,500 sq.ft. Horizontally developed tower consist of G+2 Storey, houses the retail stores. Planning of the building is based on the city context. Mainly consist of 5 buildings connected to each other through passage. Strategic use of planning form maximizes the usable area by utilizing corners effectively. Allow flexible spaces to accommodate various spaces for modern shopping center. Opening side in the front increased potential natural lighting and ventilation. Form of shopping center building automatically creates the open space, circulation also minimized by keeping it in front periphery making it accessible of every user.
